• Focus: We are almost exclusive focused on immigration law practice. By limiting ourselves exclusively to immigration law, we are able to concentrate on what we do and what we know best.

• Accessible Immigration Lawyers: You will be able to contact your lawyer easily and quickly. We are committed to giving our clients their lawyer’s cell phone number so that the client can contact his/her lawyer in emergency situations. We treat your case as if it were our own.

• Keeping abreast of New Developments: Staying current and on top of developments and depth of knowledge is the key to our practice success. Publications, continuing legal education and an expanding network of contacts within the immigration community are essential ingredients of our consistent success.

• Quality Controls: Each file is important to us and a lawyer is assigned to each file. NO application or appeal is filed until it has been thoroughly checked and reviewed by experienced immigration lawyer for accuracy and completeness.

• Credentials: all lawyers with whom we work or are affiliated, are members of Law Society of Upper Canada, in good standing.

• Clear and Fair Fees: The fee that we quote to the client does not change half way through the process and it is normally an all-inclusive fee covering all disbursements and expenses associated with the file. No surprises. No hidden fees.

• Dedication to Excellence and Integrity: We consistently “go the extra mile” on our files regardless of the charges to the client. It is often the case that the difference between approval and rejection is in the extra mile that the lawyer goes on a given file. Your case matters to us and we work evenings and weekends to make sure the best result is achieved on every file.

• Refund Policy: We are committed to providing full refund in accordance to the terms of the retainer agreement signed by each client and according to the terms of each retainer agreement.
